ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING
40 years of experience, spanning three continents: the United States, Europe and Asia. Equally divided between the two disciplines with experience in a wide variety of urban planning scales and architectural building typologies. Central to both disciplines is the commitment to and expertise in sustainability.

Architectural design concepts are based on a rich understanding of "state of the art" building typologies, contextual relationships and client requirements.
Environmentally passive strategies create a platform that will most benefit the user and user functions. Consilium then incorporates advanced active system technologies that support the passive strategies and minimize the use of natural resources and impacts on the natural environment.

Urban design- environmental planning Consilium utilizes a collaborative process combined with expert assistance to develop sustainable planning and implementation strategies. These strategies reinforce a community’s environmental and cultural context and assist in the redefinition of their infrastructure requirements and future opportunities.
